Thank you. Just to summarize/paraphrase, so I can make sure I didn't
miss anything:

preference:
Mon-Fri: before 17:00 UTC

not preferred, but possible:
Mon: after 19:00 UTC

conflicting:
Tues and Thurs: conflict on alternating weeks
Wed and Fri: conflict each week
