Rescheduling regular DMB meeting day/time

The opposite is also true: without it, you're also expelling the ones
that cannot handle the current meeting time.

Thats why I like this e-mail approach very well @Dan, and thanks for
your efforts in moving on with important (to DMB) topics.

I am +1 in changing to 17:00 UTC and I'm opened to accept other
schedule proposals based on other members needs (if any).
