Rescheduling regular DMB meeting day/time

While this is true, I don't see any need to restrict this kind of
nurturing role to the DMB. I'd like to see all Ubuntu developers
nurturing others. Everyone should feel empowered to take on this role;
there's no need to tie DMB membership to this idea.
For my part, when I see someone asking for help or sponsorship on IRC, I
try to help! But I've been doing that regardless of (and before) my
position on the DMB.
