Include fprint packages in the in ubuntu-desktop set

The pkgset automated scripts update the packagesets (and their
packages) based on the seeds and I got the desktop-core because of
ubuntustudio desktop-core seed only, that's why I tried to clarify why
packageset existed to Dan.
