Include fprint packages in the in ubuntu-desktop set

I'm still working on that. Basically, it's work-in-progress. I *might* eliminate it from the ubuntustudio seeds, but I'm still trying to evaluate if we even can do a minimal install with just that "core" seed. The transition is done, but I was hoping to revive that particular seed.

I'm pretty sure it's unrelated to the main desktop-core packageset that @ddstreet is referring to.
