[packageset] Please echo the ubuntu-desktop changes to disco and bionic

Hi DMB, me again..

Yesterday a couple of packages, including gnome-control-center, were 
added to the ubuntu-desktop packageset. As a new ubuntu-desktop member I 
just tried to upload g-c-c to disco, but it was rejected. Any chance you 
can make the changes in the ubuntu-desktop set for disco and bionic too?
