Issue with packageset personal-gunnarhj

Hi!

The packageset personal-gunnarhj includes im-config.

http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/packagesets/yakkety/personal-gunnarhj

When backporting the fixes of <https://launchpad.net/bugs/1482938> and 
<https://launchpad.net/bugs/1642001> I could upload to the yakkety 
queue, but the xenial upload was rejected:

"The signer of this package is lacking the upload rights for the source 
package, component or package set in question."

I don't know if it's intentional, but it's not very convenient, and it 
discourages backporting to the latest LTS. Possibly it has something to 
do with the creation date (2016-09-13).

Is there any chance my packageset could be extended to include xenial?
