This upload fixes a theme manager issue with compiz:

     - updated GTK requirement to 2.10
     - updated libebook requirement according to configure
   * debian/patches/08_transparency_for_notication_area_icon.patch:
     - deprecated since that code has been ported to the new GTK API
   * debian/patches/20_keybindings_allow_print.patch:
     - fixed with the new version
   * debian/patches/32_libebook_api_change.patch:
     - fixed with the new version
