[Bug 55562] The user can't login if the size of top panel is more than 62 and the top panel is translucent

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

1.Open the top panel's properties dialog box; 
2.Choose panel properties/general/size and change it between 63 and 120; 
3.Choose panel properties/background/solid color and change style controller to Most left; 
4.Logout and login again, this user can not login,but other users can login; 
5.Restart the computer,this user also can't login.
