Summary: GDM postrm fails with nscd
           Product: Ubuntu
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: gdm
        AssignedTo: seb128 at ubuntu.com
        ReportedBy: wasabi at larvalstage.net
         QAContact: desktop-bugs at lists.ubuntu.com

When using NSCD gdm's postinst can potentially fail. In it it attempts to remove
the gdm user and group if getent passwd/group returns them. It is possible they
could be removed already but nscd would be caching the results of getent.

Although, I don't see set -e or anything, so I'm not sure why this failed for
me. Restarting nscd fixed the problem.
