Hy from germany.

Did you store passwords ?
Clear all stored network passwords than try again.
Dialog will show up again.
It seems a bug with digital wallet not coming up before network password dialog.
May be just bad timing cause of configurations

Avoid storing in the wallet just store "for this session"

Can this be confirmed ?
