Thanks Jelmer for setting the record straight.  So the
colocated-plugin which you worked on saw its fruition in bzr core
colocated branch support and thus the more complete documentation
should be in bzr core?

We should probably mark it (colocated-plugin) as having been merged
into core and thus eclipsed by bzr core colocated branch support.
