bzr-core unsubscribed from bzr bugs

We've also removed the subscription to bzr bugs in ubuntu, to pick
that up again go to:

<https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bzr/+subscriptions>

(I shuffled to two remaining bugs off bzr-core as well).
