bzr-core unsubscribed from bzr bugs

I just unsubscribed bzr-core from bzr bugs. ~bzr itself doesn't have
any subscriptions, and ~bzr-core is only subscribed to 2 bugs directly
(we can remove those if anyone actually cares).

As such, anyone who still wants to get bug email for bzr needs to
directly subscribe.

The easiest way seems to be to go to:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/bzr/+subscriptions

And just set up a direct subscription for yourself.
