In rev 135 of the bzr-windows-installer trunk branch:

bzr-svn 1.0.3 -> 1.0.4
bzr-rewrite 0.6.0 -> 0.6.1
qbzr 0.19.1 -> 0.19.2 (but I know this is a Windows only fix)
