testtools and subunit in the ~bzr PPA (ping for comments)

I'm fine with whatever; if you wanted to be a team maintainer for the
package(s) in Debian and Ubuntu that would be grand; if you just want
to throw MP's at me when you have fixes, thats fine too.

Relevant packages I maintain - testtools, subunit, nominally bzr* as
part of the bzr team, but I'm rather lacklustre there.
