Well, it is a bit unclear to me (as the RM for the last... 6+ releases)
what steps are actually official announcement and which ones are
gone-gold. Pypi? Freshmeat? LP Announcement? etc. I delay the official
announcement to bazaar-announce until installers have been built. The
rest sort of happen when I get to them.
