My company uses ClearCase.
I will neither praise nor bury ClearCase here.
What I will say is that the complexity (and high cost) which comes with
managing ClearCase is a primary reason why some of our teams have already
moved to bzr. Elegant ease of setup and use is one of the greatest
strengths of bzr. More tools to facilitate migration from ClearCase to bzr
would be welcome, and I would treat that as a one-way trip. I don't plan to
ever look back.
My opinions are based on my experience. YMMV.
