This is a corruption being detected in the *old* format. The new format
does not use _VFContentMapGenerator.

It at least sounds like you have 3 repositories. A git repository, an
older format bzr repository and a newer format bzr repository.
I don't fully know the situation, but it sounds like you could just get
rid of the older format bzr repo and just convert from git to the newer
format bzr repo.
