Bazaar crash due to corrupt sha-1

How can this be? I cloned the newest bzr-dev yesterday and installed it. I 
also cloned the newest fastimport and moved it to ~/.bazaar/plugins.

Is the new repo format not selected automatically?

What special parameters do I have to use to create a repo in new format?

Huh? I cloned a git repo, went inside the working tree directory, called 
the 'bzr init-repo .' and called the 'git-fastexport | bzr fastimport -' 
sequence.

How do you come to the conclusion that I have 3 repos?
