Sure, I trust Alexander to get a high quality translation for Russian.
But for inclusion in the project, there needs to be a separate review
for configuration details.  That's what Alexander asked for AIUI.  The
Debian/Ubuntu teams are familiar with this kind of process, maybe some
even use Bazaar.

If you already have people in the group who are familiar with open
source processes of this kind, then probably very little review (of
either language or configuration) is needed.  But Alexander asked, so
I gave what little help I could.
