Better name for dpush wanted

Since you mention intertia ... what do OTHER vcs call this operation?

I ask because git-svn has a 'dcommit' command.

Other commands may be 'nicer' when considered in isolation, but it seems
unwise to remove the dCOMMAND form if that's the familiar form from
other vcs.

I guess that dpush could be maintained as an alias for push --foreign or
whatever turns out to be the final decision on the form.
