I went ahead and copied the ~qbzr-dev packages over to ~bzr. I agree
that it is good to have them there.

At the moment, I'm not really interested in picking up yet another
packaging duty, but *copying* packages from one ppa to another is
trivially easy.

Though the numbering on the packages seems a bit different, and I'm not
really sure why.
For example:

bzr - 1.12-1~bazaar1~hardy1

versus

qbzr - 0.9.8-0ubuntu1~qbzr1~hardy1

Wouldn't that be 0.9.8-0~ubuntu1~... ? Not that I understand debian
packaging revision strings very well.

Anyway, it seems reasonable to have a ~qbzr-dev/+archive (you could
consider it the 'beta' like ~bzr-beta-ppa), and then copy them across
when appropriate.
