Sorry about that, I'm the one that normally builds the packages and I
tend to forget. :) 0.9.8 is uploaded now for hardy, intrepid and
jaunty. I'll try harder to make sure every new releases is uploaded as
soon as possible.

We have no control over the official Ubuntu packages.

This would require somebody from the ~bzr LP team to upload them,
which I would welcome, because it would mean less work for me, but I
don't think we can find a volunteer for that.
