TortoiseBzr nowhere to be found on my system

Hi,
I'm currently going through a migration from SVN to BZR and so far so
good. The only thing I miss right now is my Windows Explorer
integration through TortoiseSVN. The front page and some docs mention
that TortoiseBZR is now included in the setup, so I went ahead and
installed it. But, for some reason, after I installed the Bazaar-lite
setup in Windows (bzr-setup-lite-1.8.exe), I can't seem to find
TortoiseBZR anywhere.
Reading more carefully throughout the website, I saw mention that
TortoiseBZR was being included in this installer as an option. So I
revised the options within the installer and made sure to do a "Full
Install". After failing to find TortoiseBZR anywhere (again), I went
to the project's website to see if I could find some guidance there.
There are no downloads available and the only bzr branch mentioned is
said to be a "Proof of Concept and Discussion" branch. Searching
through my filesystem for 'tbzr' yielded no results, and searching for
'tortoise' brought up 'tortoise-strategy.html', which pretty much
seems to be a discussion about how tbzr should do its work.
This all brings me to this question: Does TortoiseBZR actually exist
or am I missing something here?
PS: I also did Google searches and all I found were some mailing list
posts about tbzr being included in bazaar 1.6 and up.
