Do you mean in $(HOME).bazaar/bazaar.conf or in
<working dir>/.bzr/branch/branch.conf? The second might be preferable.

This would actually be very nice. The big argument for this solution
is that Bzr is a tool that needs to work across Ubuntu releases
because developers need to work across releases.
