OK this works for controlling email messages for commits I make to given
branches.  (I guess there is a document somewhere explaining the
structure of a locations.conf file?  Mine has length 0 so is a poor
paradigm!

However, the thing I really want to do is to have the information
connected to the branch not to me.  So the question is where in the .bzr
(I assume it is in there) so I put the "hook" information?

I am assuming that the post_commit_to can take a list of email addresses
not just a single address?
