The sysadmins tend to be rather restrictive, so I would not expect to get
access for a non-employee. It probably could be done, just difficult. (For
example, most of those machines are fully firewalled from accessing ssh or
http on any other machine.)

The problem I see, is that wouldn't they need to install qbzr, and possibly
other dependencies? And possibly update them at appropriate times? It seems
like there is quite a bit more involved than just updating the small plugin
you have...
