HTTP access to files on bazaar-vcs.org?

I don't know much personally about what it takes to run an "Eclipse update
site". Though I would imagine it isn't very different from other sites. (You
need some sort of master file indicating what is available, possibly gpg
signed, etc.)

bazaar-vcs.org is fairly locked down. But Robert, Martin, and myself certainly
have direct access (I'm not sure if Andrew or Aaron do, but they might.)

In the past, I sponsored the win32 binaries (Alexander would make them, and I
would upload them). I would be willing to do the same for you for
Qbzr-Eclipse, as long as it wasn't too much of a burden. (If it is just
copying up some files, that is no big deal.)

There are some other interesting possibilities. For example, could we have the
official download files be through the launchpad download system, and just
maintain the master file on bazaar-vcs.org? Then you would upload the files
directly to launchpad, and I would only need to update the master file. (The
big win is if the file size is large, then you don't need to host it anywhere.)
