HTTP access to files on bazaar-vcs.org?

Hi,

As you may be aware I am writing a plug-in for Eclipse that integrates
with Bazaar through the QBzr plug-in. I'm nearing the point of having
something useful up and running and in the spirit of open source would
like to release often. The best way to do this for Eclipse plug-ins
would be through an Eclipse update site. For this I would need file
storage somewhere in a public place. I think the best place for this
would be somewhere on bazaar-vcs.org. Is it possible for me to upload
files here somehow that can be accessed through http protocol?
