cleaned up bzr web interface pages on wiki

As of earlier today, both of the links were broken.  Maybe bitlbee was  
down?  In any case, I've readded the links to them on WebInterface.

Re: TracBzr, keeping the page means information is replicated in  
multiple places, which makes for an ongoing maintenance problem.  Is  
there a way to do redirects in the wiki?
