I can happily upload bzr-svn packages to PPA when I upload to Debian.
However, I have not been doing so in the past mainly because of this
bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=473450

The tight dependencies really have to be that tight, at least for
bzr-svn. Having bzr traceback on you is worse than not having the latest
bzr imo.

This would definitely we nice to have for PPA users (not just bzr).
