I'm of the opinion that clients that don't support MIME are obsolete,
but I wouldn't block you trying to add it.

Till today, I have been able to survive without MIME at all here
:) So maybe it is an obsolete MUA (I more or less share the same
opinion) but it is also still widely used in the GNU Emacs
community (rmail is the default mail client).

I will repeat that in modern mail clients it is annoying to receive
   patches that aren't attachments.

I do not have strong opinions about this. Maybe we need a command
to apply a merge with a bzr command that can read mbox file with
either inlined or attached content (AFAIK, git am can deal with
such mails).

It's a review of your merge request: "Please make the requested changes
and re-submit". Bundle Buggy honours it by moving your request from the
"pending" list to the "resubmit" list.

Ok, does it have something to do with the PQM plugin I have read
something about on the plugins site ?
