Hi all,

This fixes "bzr pull lp:upstart".

It adds a possible_transports parameter to
bundle.read_mergeable_from_url, which allows us to get rid of
_get_mergeable_helper.

Then we fix pull so that it never tries to reuse the bundle transport
directly.

Finally, we fix read_mergeable_from_url so that it doesn't try to open
local paths.
