Bazaar "batteries included" distribution, anyone?

bzr-gtk will require too much gtk libs. TortoiseHg is about 30MB in size.
I think it's tooooooooooooooo much for bzr installers, because we
made release each month.
bzr-svn is not very good on Windows, waiting for svn 1.5 to be released.
qbzr is good and this is my favorite.
I started process of moving plugins out of library.zip but not finished it yet
completely, so better to skip 1.3.
