Bazaar "batteries included" distribution, anyone?

Is qbzr shipped in the installer on the downloads page?  Maybe we
should make it more clear that this is so.

(I noticed the other day that loading just one mostly-text web news
page took nearly 1MB of data with all the images; a megabyte is not
what it used to be...)
