Interesting.  While I don't use Windows, I regularly use bzr 0.16.0  
on HFS+/Mac OS X and haven't noticed any problems.  IIRC, I've even  
done renames that change case and everything seemed to work happily.   
But maybe I'm not doing anything particularly stressful; is there  
something in particular that should affect both Windows and OS X that  
I can test?
