Bazaar VCS User Registration web page now ready for testing!

All,

Thanks to everyone for their feedback. The latest version is now online.
Except for the privacy issue flagged elsewhere, I think this is now
ready to go.

I think I've made all the changes requested bar a few that I'll response
to directly. First of those is below ...

I'm not sure about these questions. While we all know that Bazaar
doesn't require Launchpad but has good integration with it, I worry if
these questions might accidentally reinforce that misconception.

Please have a look at the latest version and see if it's now good enough
now. I mention "Launchpad integration" as a feature and "lp (Launchpad)"
as a way of sharing branches. It's also mentioned for hosting open
source projects at the close (as before).
