It does. Since it has its own strace detection check.

It isn't *as* important, since that just causes a single test failure,
whereas missing it in bzrlib/strace.py seems to cause the test suite
itself to fail.

But yes, both places need fixing.

I'll include it in my mac-fixes branch. But I'm still waiting for
someone to give me the +1 to merge the other fix into bzr.dev.

It seems it didn't make it to bazaar@, so I re-sent it.
