Bzr bind/unbind ideas

That could work too and I did not consider this due to my false 
understanding of revisions in bzr. Bzr could display the branch which 
had the same nick as the current branch as the first parent of a merged 
revision. This would require that every branch have a unique nick which 
is not always the case - but that would certainly be a good solution to 
the changing log order and revision numbers if it could be made to work. 
It would require no extra options or commands which is nice of course...
