is bzr log supposed to work with bzr 0.11?

I've just implemented it with --no-aliases as an option, so I don't
*need* the environment variable, but it's a bit strange to me to have
this option unconditionnaly (in particular, we log all commands run by
DVC, and this --no-aliases appears there).
