I have one related question. I wrote instruction how to build windows
installer and what dependencies are. Now this document live at the wiki:
  http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrWin32Installer

What the best solution for dealing with this document: moving them to
bzr.dev source tree or keep them at the wiki but adding a link into
NEWS.developers file? Or another variant?
