brz 0.8.2 - Disable progress bar and enable it only on -v option

As another black side of current progress bar implementation:
when output of bzr redirected via pipe (when I run it from FTE editor) 
then catched output is mix of useful information and progress bar junk. 
I really want at least a knob to switch it off.

I have a idea how to detect that bzr runs as subprocess not as console 
program, but that don't help Jari problems.
