Well, in this case they should be ascii - I don't think Arch would
handle non-ascii stuff, so that shouldn't appear. The filenames should
not be non-ascii because of compatibility issues. It has to be possible
to store them on no-matter-how-braindead filesystem, so I actually think
they should use the same name escaping as was disscussed for revisions
(I didn't follow whether it went in yet).
