rzip is http://rzip.samba.org/

On the 0.7rc2 tarball including history:

  uncompressed		25722880	
  bzip2 -9		 2981306	
  7zip			 2387513
  rzip -9		 1946887

So rzip is 1.22x smaller than 7zip, and 13.21x overall compression.
