bzr 0.7 release candidate 2

A couple of minor comments:

* The version number is wrong in a some places:
  * README still says "Release notes for Bazaar-NG 0.6"
  * tutorial.txt says "Current for bzr-0.7pre, 2006-01-06."
  * NEWS says "bzr 0.7rc1 2006-01-09"

* ./bzr log -r-20.. gives "bzr: ERROR: Invalid revision number 0". This 
worked in 0.6.2.
