Small changes in jam-pending

I have a couple of small changes in my jam-pending branch:
 1491 John Arbash Meinel        2005-12-28
      bzr --version prints branch nickname.

      test_revision_info.py is actually a blackbox test.

      Sorted the blackbox tests into alphabetical order.

      Forgot a comma

      Updated -r revid:foo so that it can match revisions which aren't
in the revision history


I already posted about 'bzr --version', though I haven't heard any
comments yet.

I started working on having "bzr something -r revid:abcd" work, even if
the revision was not in revision-history. In the process I found a
couple of small fixes to the test suite.

This doesn't mean that all commands will allow revisions which aren't in
the revision-history (for instance, log works on revision numbers, not
ids). But commands which use revision ids should work. And as more
commands switch over to using revision ids, this fix will mean they get
the benefit as well.
