[PATCH] FTP transport

Hi,

In an attempt to solve one of the BzrAdoptionBlockers I implemented an
ftp:// transport today.

It seems to do the trick nicely. I admit I cargo-culted swathes of the
http and sftp transports but hey, they're there and useful :-)

The patch is on my dev tree at
http://bzr.digital-scurf.org/trees/dsilvers/bzr.dev along with the other
patches I've mentioned on-list which have yet to be merged.

I'd appreciate comments/bug reports etc
