Unable to create directory $HOME/.bzr.conf on windows 2000

pygtk should work without too much trouble.
The trouble I ran into in the past was with Meld, because Meld uses
gconf as well as pygtk.
And gconf is not supported on Windows.

That said, my favorite gui toolkit is still wxPython.
