~/.bzr.conf Vs ~/.bazaar

Hi again,

In various places, documentation talks about ~/.bzr.conf.

The development version of bzr searches in ~/.bazaar instead. That
seems to be a reasonable choice, but then, all the doc needs to be
updated. The following command reports some inconsistancies:

  bzr inventory | xargs grep -n '~/.bzr.conf'

When bzr doesn't find a ~/.bazaar, it would be nice to check for a
~/.bzr.conf, and issue a warning if it exists.
